Elvarl Hair Artistry

Had Carly do my hair on Monday, I’m so happy with it as it came out better than I expected in the first go. All the staff I met are lovely and I’ll definitely be going back. Wish I knew about this Salon earlier!

I had the pleasure of having my balayage done by Carissa last month right before an overseas holiday and the colour was amazing and blended so beautifully! I also had money pieces put in that I realised after a day just weren't my style nor going to grow on me and I got booked back in with Carissa right before I left and she made sure I didn't leave the salon until I was truly happy with my hair... She took the stress out of a stressful situation and made me feel really cared for. She was great to deal with and will be my saviour in the future!

I have finally found my forever salon ♥️ everything was amazing from even before stepping into the salon we rang at 4 something and were able to get an appointment for 6pm, Amy did an absolutely amazing job on my hair (it was long, extreme damage and thick) now it’s light, great length and feeling healthy again. Great hospitality and welcoming. Thank you ladies for having an amazing business with amazing people who care about you and your hair.

I wanna start by saying this isn’t an attack on the girls as all of them are so lovely but i really feel I have to share my experience as my hair is completely ruined and none of what I asked for was done.The first time I went I had Amy and she did a lovely consult, was really thorough in understanding what I wanted vs what was achievable. She did an amazing job on my hair and was really lovely the whole way through.Yesterday I was assigned with Kate and the consult was pretty much me showing her a picture, she did up a quote and she started doing my hair. This took like three minutes. It felt very rushed and she was rushing because I don’t think we had much time allocated to my appointment.My hair was really long, had a red band in it so I knew my hair was a work in progress but Kate started adding foils, a dark root toner so when all was revealed I had three colours in my hair. I cried, hated it, Jess came outside to see if I was okay and said she is more than happy to try and fix it. I really appreciated that. So they tried to fix it which took hours. I got to the salon at 12 and left at 5.This is where I want to thank Jess as she handled it really well and was really apologetic about the whole situation. Would have been nice if Kate did that too but it is an awkward situation and I understand why she didn’t.My quote was $380, only paid $200, don’t feel as if I should’ve paid anything as my hair is botched. I have cried about it so many times since I’ve been home and I’m gonna have to live with it for months.If there’s any take away from this, please make sure your consultations are thorough and everyone is on the same page of what is getting done/what to be expected.

I have had the wonderful Storm do my hair at Elvarl Hair Artistry a few times now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The salon is incredible and the service from all of the ladies is fantastic. I would recommend them a million times over!!!

If I could give Elvarl 10 stars I would! ⭐️I’ve been seeing Amy for nearly 2 years, now she’s stuck with me forever! You can see Amy really takes pride in her work, I can’t recommend her more highly!The salon atmosphere is great from the moment you walk in.
