The customer service at Bundaberg Toyota was fantastic! Cannot fault any of the team members there. Wade in sales was absolutely amazing to deal with and would reccomend him to anyone looking to buy! Would buy from them again in a heart beat.

You know you are at the right place when you get treated the same way when buy a second hand car as to someone buying a brand new car. We got treated with so much courtesy from the team at Toyota Bundaberg. Once we walked in, everyone jumped to assist us, and then Klint took care of us with all the finer details and finishing up the sale with so much care and made us feel so comfortable and at ease with buying a car. Hands down best dealer and so worth the 2 hour drive !!!!

Not happy with the service at Toyota Bundaberg went in too buy a brand new Prado, only to not be given full attention of our needs of getting another car asap, because we were from another town wanting to buy a car, said they only sell to locals, Was then asked by finance guy to instead buy maybe a patrol or 300 series cruiser, if I actually wanted any of those cars I would've got one. In the end didn't want to help us out, so walked out and purchased a brand new prado from another dealer which had no problem with selling us a car even though we weren't a local. Mind you if we weren't desperate to buy another car due to the one I was driving had stopped working I wouldn't of went down different avenues to buy a prado from a different town. As we were told in our town the wait would be a year. Very disappointing Bundaberg Toyota

I had help from Klint & Demi. I can't be more pleased with the help I was given. The car is great so far & I paid 26 grand. I'd blown my car up & it was old anyway. I was renting a vehicle for almost 3 months at $1400 per 4 weeks. Glad to be part that.

Toyota Bundaberg is amazing - they were so patient with us - answered all our questions - so polite and very clear with options (shout out to Darren). We also got financing through them and again they were great (shoutout to Neil). There was no bullying, no stupid sales talk and when asked they were not shy in comparing prices (on Google). When we finally picked up our Hilux - we got the banner and the Toyota Jump photo. Again they explained all the bells and whistles (and that was much appreciated). It was the little touches of professionalism they did (like Darren walking us to our car to drive out) that made the experience so nice. All in all - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

5 star service and all lovely people. I had the pleasure of Darren helping me with new car planning and financial management planning then to help with a trade in so I have a more suitable car till the time of a new car purchase.With the help and service delivered I will be coming back for the new car. Staff were awesome, I went in wanting to buy my fist big car. I was served by Klint and he was awesome. He showed me everything to look for when buying a car as I haven’t done it before. He was awesome!!!

Poor service and attitude of certain staff in the service centre. Was ignored when dropping off my vehicle, staff were very rude when I asked if my air con had been fixed and was told I had to pay up front for the parts that had to be sent from Brisbane and would need to rebook after I specifically told them about the air con problem which apparently is a common problem, wasted a whole day as I am from out of town. Whilst I don't have a problem paying up front it would have been nice to have been told prior and I didn't appreciate the way I was treated.
