So unhappy with my brows. the lady completely ruined my right brow and took the arch off so it looks like a ridiculous straight line. I specifically asked for thin brows and told her I wasn't happy after. She was unable to communicate with me or even apologise, she just ignored me and told me it was $15 when its advertised in the window as $10.She also threaded really slow which was a lot more painful than the professional brow artists ive been to in the past which thread fast and a lot less painful.I wish I has read the other reviews before coming here

Eyelash & brow tintDon’t go here.. so unprofessional, don’t take appointments , & just say come back later. Bad service no understanding of what you’re asking for, use paper towel instead of soft facial wipes. Appalling. If someone wants to open a professional beautician in bass hill they would make $$$

I have to say I agree with the below review. I was excited intially as this place is so close to home and seemed affordable ($10 for eyebrow threading). I asked for my eyebrow shape to be kept and for just a tidy up. Afterwards they were uneven, much thinner and a chunk was missing from the top of one of them. Really disappointed and won't risk going back.

I came back because a lady who worked on Mon and Tues took great care of my brows when i walked in, she did warned me not to come in any other day, but i did today on a Saturday and was served by a lazy, quiet short girl, whom, once I entered and she was on the phone, told me to sit down on the chair and rushed threading my eyebrows, she rudely twisted my head here and there, I was wondering at the same time, how she can make my eyebrows straight, since she was standing on the side of the chair and twisted my hair to that side. She even plucked my nostrils when she was threading my upper lip. I snapped at her and she was still very calm not apologising at all. Just as I predicted when I opened my eyes, to my horror my eyebrows look like the Draculas'. I immediately snapped at her and she just calmly stood there and told me my eyebrows arched like blah blah. I heard it before from the lazy ones. She did not even tried to offer me comfort or asked me another solution. She was just calmed about the whole situation and looked as if she was mocking me. Great customer service from the bluckers here. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE AFTER TODAY. She was rushing to go somewhere that she didint care to see if she was doing a good job.

if i could give 0 stars i would. my eyebrows were botched by a lady at this place today. i specifically told her i had some bad experiences with my eyebrows in the past and that i wanted to keep them thick with just a light clean around the edges. the woman ignored me and began threading and threaded the entire area completely and now im left with horrible pencil thin eyebrows. not only was there a lack of customer service but also very unprofessional in the way they handled things. i came here to try a new place that looked nice from the outside but don’t be fooled !!

I came in and the employee was tinting her own eyebrows which was fine but she didn't wash her hands or sanitised them or put on gloves before tinting mine. She advised me that my skin will be tinted the first few days so I asked her to fix my shape as I didn't want them thick. She kept telling me not to worry and that she was there with me ?????? Now I have blotchy eyebrows with tinted skin outside of my eyebrow shape and one tail thicker and longer than the other. Would never come back here

The lady working there was extremely rude. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while she finished watching her you tube video. I asked her for an eyebrow tidy using wax, she pulled out the thread. I had to tell her 'No, I want wax'. She was rough, yanking my head side to side AND she waxed the skin off my eyelid and now in have a lovely and sore red mark. Will NOT be going back.

Bass Hill storeDO NOT get brows done here. She hacked mine and the lady next to me we were both looking at each other and we looked so mortified. She was in such a rush too to go chat to her friend out back even though we were the only customers there. I always wondered why the shop was empty when I'm sitting at the Cafe every day. It also most times closed. They would have so much customers if the actually had someone who knew how to do brows and opened normal 9 to 5. What a shame

The worker ripped off my 2 teenage daughters, they have eyebrow wax/thread advertised for $10 outside the shop but she charged my daughters $48 for 2 eyebrow waxes and 1 upper lip wax!! When I approached the worker to say she charged them wrong she said no I didn't, someone's pulled the sticker off the front, it should say $15 for an eyebrow wax, if you knew there was a problem why didn't you go fix it! I won't be back, if it was a good job I could justify paying that amount but they were bodgy and she left patches of hair in between the eyebrows and wax in my daughters hair. Totally unprofessional.
