The first time I dealt with Brad was great! Great attitude and service.However when I tried to book in to get another item fixed, I requested to pay for the part upfront multiple times but never received details/an invoice. I called to discuss and there was confusion about when the part was to be ordered, but instead of clearing everything up with each other, I got abused and called names...I would still recommend Brad, just keep in mind that he has bad days and will take it out on his customers.

This mechanic will rip you off (and more if you are a foreigner), it takes advantage of the situation and charges you a lot for basic services apart from charging excessively expensive is unpleasant. I do not recommend it unless it is your last option. Australia needs LESS mechanics like him. near him there is another scooter mechanic that is much cheaper and better. Com on man I gave you a second chance but you keep charging that exaggeration of price and above all with a bad attitude. Many of us want to give you work but not for you to cheat us and take advantage of that way.

Brad is good. Reviews here can be a bit bad and some good. I didn't experience any rudeness. He is a busy guy who works 6 days. Not condoning any rudeness but he was very fair to me and I would recommend him.I needed a little tune up and a bulb replacement. He was fast, easy and his prices were cheap-reasonable.He replied quickly to my facebook messages. He is good, recommend him.
