Coles Casuarina

Tiny dusty store made worse by poor stock choices and appalling management.I leave here empty handed about 1 out of 4 visits. If it wasn't the only local option I wouldn't bother.The frustrating part is the store is 3/4 filled with dusty stock that doesn't sell. Meanwhile stuff you would actually want to buy in this area remains unavailable.The paths outside the store don't get cleaned enough.Staff seem very depressed and not well looked after.Fresh food mostly seems a few days beyond fresh. Never see local produce. In a farming community. Very antisocial management!Its very hard to find stuff I might like to eat/buy here. Way too much dependance on big brands & corporate partners.Isles seem narrower than other Coles.Lightning is ok, warm white, could be a small amount brighter without going to cold white.Music is very pox, but they keep it turned down. Still makes me sad for staff though. Poor people that get to listen to those same songs all day.The carpark is one of the better car parks I've been too, with wider driveways and medium sized parking spaces. But lacks trees, shade, and clearly visible entry/exits. Parking spaces still felt a bit cramped for cars larger than small hatchbacks. If you have a family car, work vehicle or 4wd you are going to be doing multi point turns to get in and out of spaces. In full sun. With your ice-cream. Didn't make me feel respected or valued as a customer.Simply put its clear management don't respect customer or staff. They just want your money for minimal effort.Shop elsewhere.

Not bad. Very new and modern looking. If only one of the supermarkets could bring back oversized fruit and veggies our country would be better off.

What can I say…. Big open store that still looks new after about 7yrs(?). There are ‘always’ large and small trolleys to use parked just inside the doors. Plenty of choice for most brands and a great cold deli section. I actually came here when supplies were scarce or none existent at other local Coles stores during lockdowns. Staff are polite and easy going with hardly any wait time at checkout either. Has to be one of the easiest’Coles’ shopping I do when I’m in the area.

Very competitive range best in the Tweed shire, and excellent parking clean lots of fresh produce and proper stuff baked in store, no defrosted Orange and poppy seed cake insight. ....

Excellent example of what every Coles supermarket should be like. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is well organised and clean, and there is hardly anything ever missing. Location is ery convenient for holiday shoppers too and the deli has a great variety of produce. Parking is aplenty too, albeit no undercover, but under sails parking is available.

It’s pretty good, clean, easy parking (at the rear) It doesn’t stock many products the bigger stores have - limited bread, limited butter etc. For a smaller store, it’s very handy, but you just can’t get a full shop here. Once the new housing opposite gets built, it won’t be sufficient for the neighbourhood anymore. (4 stars as the fruit and veg is very bad quality).
