Friendly staff who were attentive and helpful. The room was also great, very comfortable. Convenient place to stay as you can take a stroll down Albury to see the amazing architecture. Chef knew how to cook a steak as well...

A great location, with working distance to Botanic Garden, Murray Art Museum and couple of nice restaurants. Buffet breakfast is good with hot food, drinks & fruits. Restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful; particularly the young boy working at Friday & Saturday morning is very polite and friendly; like their service! Room is basic, the king bed is made by two single beds, not very comfortable.

Great location , new self check in is an unnecessary grab at employing less staff ( too bad if it’s your 1st visit and you need to know where the lifts, car park etc are) Room smelt ‘stale’, worst bit was my wife having used a towel found an old “ECG connection sticker ?” stuck to it. Disgusting! When shown to the woman at reception she just said “ housekeepers are meant to change the towels, I’ll speak to them”. Frankly that’s not good enough.

The room and location served the purpose for our stay on the weekend. However, if the lady at reception thinks she can fool people by saying that the council are blower vaccing the driveways of the hotel at just after 7am on Sunday morning and 6.45am on Monday morning she should think twice about commenting to a valid complaint..... council don't work on Sundays and why would council be doing this on the hotel driveway. The rooms are not well insulated and we were woken both mornings by the blower. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

The rooms were nicer a few years back but there is a lack of good cleaning and maintenance. The bathrooms are too small and water leaks onto the carpet and damages the bathroom doors due toThe shower glass being very small and a poor design. The beds in the hotel are terrible. Two king singles pushed together to form a king bed and they will give you a sore back in the morning because the person last in the room probably jumped on it like a trampoline. Also there is a lot of dust in the rooms from the air conditioning system and a weird mouldy smell in the main hallway. the lifts are weird they need service or calibration if jumps up and down between levels and when openingThe door but it did to this when I visited a few years back so maybe it’s normal Also the self checkin and checkout kiosk should go. Much nicer to see a person. The buffet breakfast is decent but the automatic coffee machine is useless since it just puts out coffee and no option to add milk or make specific drinks. Pancake machine is good.

Stayed there last night 09/04, such a warm welcome & greetings by the receptionist. Absolutely loved her customer service and she went above and beyond to help us. I would say she is absolutely gem and Atura hotel is very lucky to have a staff member like her. On the other hand- receptionist this morning around 10ish had a bad attitude and had zero customer service skills.

A very accommodating hotel. Adequate facilities at good prices and very comfortable beds. Clean. Good location in main st.

The bed was dreadful. You could tell this was an old hotel with a revamp. Service of staff was great and being close to the centre of Albury was a bonus.Breakfast was a buffet and was ok, just needed to refresh the hot food or keep it covered as by the time we had some it was dry and cold.

Another great weekend at the Atura Albury. Staff so friendly and helpful! Buffet Breakfast was excellent, we had all our extended family stay and we were all pleased with our stay. Thanks to Erin and the Team.

Great hotel in a great location. We booked two rooms for the night to trial the location for our large company, all be it a great location and competitive prices DO NOT EAT HERE, the food is disgusting and should not be for human consumption. Disappointing thought we had found a good place for our staff during their travels. LOOK ELSE WHERE IF YOUR HUNGRY.
