quality is no good, replaces parts with knock off parts. service is bad, many better places to go

Got a battery port replaced here for a Samsung galaxy S6, they tested it and showed us to make sure it worked before we left. Done in an hour, great service

Absolute pleasure going to Bing for my cracked rear glass on iPhone 12 Mini.Bing went out of his way as he did not have it in store. He called me the next day to come in as he managed to obtain the Rear glass outside of his working hours.I came in the next day with the phone and he said give me 30 minutes. I came back and it was completed, with great craftsmanship, much better than my previous repair from another phone repair shop.Bing also asked me if I had a phone case, which I didn’t as I like to use my phone without a case. To which I responded “no”. Bing proceeded to find a fitting phone case and placed it on my phone. In which he did not charge me for.I’m very appreciative of Bings service today and will be returning for all of my repairs.Thank you very much

I had my screen replaced on my phone after it had cracked. The people there proceeded to throw my phone case in the bin and broke the fingerprint scanner and said they couldn’t do anything about it

I always use Bing to buy accessories and any repairs. I find that the prices are fair and the service is quick. I've never been let down and if I've ever experienced an issue, I've been able to resolve it with proprietor.

Would have rated zero stars if possible. Have never been treated so rudely before. Have been here before a number of times over the years, and service has been professional and prompt. This time I was served by an elderly man who simply had no interest and could not be bothered serving me. I adhered to current COVID rules and was masked and I scanned QR code. He could barely be bothered to answer my questions about repairing phones. As he was difficult to understand, I had to ask my questions a few times, to make sure I was understanding him correctly, as I had to relay the information to my employer afterward. At one stage, he kept pointing to one of his numerous signs that read less time talking
