Lots of discrimination and favoritism in the work place and all policies and rules are put under the carpet especially by lower and middle level management. Top level knows this but close their eyes and ears. I have worked here, gone through and now I am out. Thank God.

Grateful for your professionalism and empathy towards our concerns and needs. The HSS team works hard for us nurses and medical staff to get paid fortnightly yet gets out of their hectic day to attend to other health staff concerns. Would not work there ever again. Had a TL ask me if my partner was supportive of me working" stand behind me and ask if I was stupid and then when I complained denied all responsibility. Add to that their customer service was appalling when dealing with pay queries"

Unwilling to compromise. I cashed out some leave for urgent purposes. They dragged their feet and offered no actual support. I felt like my money was being held hostage on their terms.

The man I spoke to on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. He spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience while I was trying to sort out an outstanding account. Disgusted!!!!

It was one of best customer services when it was HIN. After the company was evolved to HSS, it became the worst.
