Ladies at the reception were lovely, but the lady pharmacist at the back was SO rude and judgemental. I asked if they accepted a pensioner card on my scripts I filled, and she replied rudely that it wasn't under PBS and the medication was cheap enough. I then explained that I was a single mum and that it wasn't the point if it was the cheapest option. The minute I pulled her up about her sarcastic comment she acted like I was the one who misinterpreted her.

This is the second shop I ran into giving me an attitude. What's wrong with your franchise? I should have never listened to the referral and come to this pharmacy. The front staff was helpful but the pharmacist is so arrogant and rude. I will book my shot somewhere else thank you.

I was given the wrong compound medication in correct box and I live 2 hours away, did not notice until the night I was due to take medication, was without correct medication for this evening.I was forced to drive a 4 hr round trip to Cairns in flood rains to pick up correct medication.I asked for compensation for fuel in my car which was refunded $47 and NO apologies from the Pharmacist or retail manager.

The pharmacists take the time to listen to you and help you here. I came here after being told my another pharmacist at another pharmacy that there is nothing they can do to help my migraine. After going and talking to the pharmacist at Alive, they were able to help me with something, until I was able to get into my doctor. They also went above and beyond to explain why the medication would help and even told me I should go to the hospital to get a drip if the migraine continues. Also the prices are great and they have a good range.

Absolutely appalling, disgusting treatment.House fire, Brisbane Burns Unit 60% burns, learning to walk & adjust to heavy meds, needing to stage my supply of pain meds at an extra fee of min $60 mth I got permanently banned.Was because my Gp gave me a letter to pick up my meds, that's all.It upset the nasty pharmacist who put a note on PC for me never to get help dispensing my meds again.They even advertise their willingness to help in this area.She is gone now but I'm treated like a dugo criminal with the, 'my computer said no' response.Now I am slowly dying from COPD & still require my other meds couple or so times a week, they refuse with no reason except I was slagged off by that worker.I now have to travel in peak hour across town & back multiple times a week.Community, I hope you don't get sick or injured near them.

Made to feel like a thief! Apparently 3 months back I got my script filled and then just walked out without paying!! I've NEVER not paid for my scripts!!!The staff weren't very helpful communicating the issue. Just kept telling me I had to pay for the one I didn't pay for last time. That it's on their system" so it must be true. How on earth could that have happened?? How does someone just walk out the main entry without paying? Bunch of children that work there at the moment. Can't say I was happy about the situation or how it was handled. I left very frustrated

Hi,I made a purchase on 30th April for 4 items which I am still have not received. No information has been sent to me.I spoke to Westcourt branch today and was told that 1 of the items was out of stock and they would not send the other 3 items until it comes back in stock. This is appalling service. I would suggest not buying online with this company for anything you require.

I was very lucky to be able to finally order 2 really needed Rapid Antigen Test kits when Alive Pharmacy put up new stock on their website. Order was confirmed in writing and my money was taken. I naturally stopped searching once this occurred. Several days later with no contact from them I get an email that my money was refunded. No reason just refunded !!! I do not trust them. I know RATs are hard to find, but if you don’t have stock do not show availability, confirm orders and take peoples money. And then several days later without reason or justification cancel it. Really poor form.
