Great bike/walking track. Beautiful views, lots of flat grass area, terrific place to teach kids to ride bikes. Can be damp after wet weather as it is low lying

I love this place so relaxing. The pelicans swim up, there are tiny blue crabs. Great place to kayak,swim or jet ski.

Taren Point Shorebird Reserve
This area is beautiful, with a small beach and great views of the bay and shipyard. There's also a paved trail adjacent to it that's great for long walks and bike rides.When I visited in Dec, there were a few gulls and a couple of pied stilts on the beach, but not much else.There are 3 car parking stalls near the entrance, and no bathrooms.

Taren Point Shorebird Reserve
This little spot is quiet & peaceful, a nice spot to just sit there and enjoy the view. It is not really kid friendly. I didn’t see any park area where they can run around. More like a place where you can just relax for peace and quiet, away from the noisy crowd & maybe a picnic (on the sand) but make some you watch your kids as they can easily run in the water! It can be very dangerous if they can’t swim.

Love the view along this walk! Easy going walk and pathed too. Defiently a good place for a stroll with a coffee !
