Scooter Hut Springwood

Bought my ninebot scooter off scooter hut 3 years ago and now wheel bearing problem and an electrical fault. Called them to ask for service support staff advised out of warranty cannot help you !!! I said it is 3 years old and still worthy of fixing happy to pay. They refused to help. I suggest buying gear off suppliers who back there gear and help customers not this place. Went up the road to i scoot no worries they were helpful and for a 250 bucks back on the road. Will not deal with scooter hut again.

A friend and I bought the e glide scooter as it was recommend by the sales lady that it was the best on the market. So we bought 2 and we only used them for a total of 3 weeks and then they sat in my shed and also her shed in a different location. The back wheels had seized up, so we sent them to scooter but to be looked at. Well not only used for 3 weeks and not even 2 months old they wanted to charge us $500 each. Which I find ridiculous as they were hardly used. Apparently there was some water damage. But I have a few friends with different brands that rode their scooters around at the same venues as us and theirs are perfectly fine. Scooter hut were so rude and the customer service is a lot to be desired. We paid $900 for these scooters and haven’t even used them for prob a total of 3 hrs and they want me to pay $500 repairs. I’m a grown mature man who respects my belongings but scooter hut will never have my service again.I would definitely shop somewhere else

Ordered ahead, held product, put together and tested (just as well there was a shaving preventing smooth functioning)! Friendly and knowledgeable. Equipment is expensive but you get what you pay for.

I sincerely hope to change my review with something glowing, but for now, it remains 1 star.I needed to get my Mantis Pro 10 brakes serviced. I had to book the service through hubtiger and was informed to bring the scooter in on the Sunday ready for the service on the Monday.I was expecting a call on the Monday (as the staff member informed me they would) and called Springwood on the following Wednesday for an update.The staff member told me that my scooter wasn't looked at yet and that they had a lot of services to deal with. The staff member also told me that he would try to get an update and that he would call me back by the end of the day, but didn't sound too hopeful. Although I will add he apologised for the wait.Now today is Friday and I have attempted to call them on three separate occasions and the phone has rung out to the answer machine which basically tells you to try again later.I ended up calling Scooterhut customer care and they said they would send an email to Springwood for them to give me a call. Yet again no contact.Bearing in mind you have to book an allotted time, the service has been pretty terrible.They will of course expect the $100 fee if they have done anything to the scooter.Looking at the ratings so far, the Springwood store seems to either do their jobs incredibly well or incredibly badly, no middle ground.Not happy.

Service was completed fine, issue is the wait time in store to be served. I booked in my scooter to have the tyre replaced and when I arrived it took about 20-30 minutes to be served after lining up. The staff member that served me was clearly new and wasn't familiar with the systems, and the other staff member didn't help him too much which just added more time for me.Afterwards I got a text saying the scooter was ready for pickup which was great. I decided to pick it up the next day and ended up waiting an hour in line. There was two staff members available to serve customers. Other customers were bringing in broken or faulty items that needed to be repaired/replaced. The service/repair was carried out in front of the customer which meant that other customers in the line were not served until they had finished a possibly long and complex repair on an item.The customer in front of me just wanted to buy something small and I just wanted to pickup my scooter. These transactions took about 5 minutes for each of us once we were served. Store should have had one of the staff members serving customers with quicker queries and one with longer queries/repair, or if it is going to take an insane amount of time, just take the item out the back and have another tech work on it.I will not be returning and will instead take my business elsewhere next time. The staff do not care about you and your time at all.

Just want to say how amazing Joel was today. He was so busy with phone calls, helping customers. He went out of his way to help my son build his scooter. Thank you very much for your help today

This place is on the complete downhill slide. Bought a scooter for my boy for X-mas one of the bearings was faulty and they made me pay for a new bearing. What hypocrocy!! Sell me a faulty part and proceed to inform the client that they must shell out for their broken part. I wish I was making it up.... Stay well clear of these scam artists.
