The customer service is fantastic. Great response via online enquiry and also over the phone helping with recommending the right products for my dog. We have been happy with our products, my dog has decided to become a little more stubborn after successful use of his collar over several months (every dog is different and responds differently..) Bark Control Australia have assisted me with choosing another product which is a next step up. I appreciate the great knowledge they have on their products and being treated respectfully and kindly. Postage is also nice and quick. They are a very organised bunch. Thanks very much!

Dan was incredibly helpful and professional. He listened to my situation and offered thoughtful advice at every turn. He was even willing to offer products not yet listed for sale in order to solve my problem and did what he could to make it work for my budget. I will never go anywhere else.

Best service ever. Our dogs are not the most favourite dogs in the neighbourhood as they used to get out of anything and chase people on bikes, people walking their dogs, people mowing - most people. We got the electric fence system and had a few need for phone calls (reading instructions is not my forté). It was nice to deal with an Australian based company that are easy to get a hold of, efficient and quick, a real human on the other end, and super lovely. On top of that, our dogs can now stay with us and our neighbours are back to walking the streets in peace because the system works.

Purchased a collar and called the same day to tell them it won't be needed any more but it was too late to cancel as it had already been processed into the system so they said to send it back. Aus post were happy to return to sender at no cost to myself. Then once they received it they took over $20 in fees for a collar I didn't even see or use. I emailed asking them to explain the fees and had no response. With the cost of living putting stress on households these days I find this unacceptable.

Excellent customer service. Was able to arrange collection of goods due to the urgency and the time constraints of being in town.Thank you to the team for making this a very easy experience and will recommend in all my travels.

I have purchased 2 products off Bark Control Australia now (a bark collar and a hidden fence) and both times the product was good quality and met our needs perfectly and the service was outstanding. These guys go above and beyond to ensure you get the right product and all the information you need for installation and training. When I picked up the bark collar they brought it out to my car so I didn't have to find a parking spot and when we purchased the fence it arrived within a few days of ordering. I highly recommend this company and their products.

I've bought a few different items from bark control (electric fence and collars, 2 types of bark collars). I did experience one type of collar to be malfunctioning and did have to visit 3 times before it was eventually replaced and then changed to a completely different brand which works great now for a very stubborn barker. I have found the staff knowledgeable and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

After spending well over $1000 on a fence and 3 collars one of the probe units simply fell off the collar and was lost. I contacted bark control and sent photos of the collar. To my surprise they said this wasn't covered under warranty and I should have checked the probes (there's nothing in any of there literature suggesting this)So I had to buy another collar or throw away the whole system. Interestingly the new collar is reinforced around the probes. Buyer beware!!!
