This purchase was super simple, easy, and effirtless, given I had millions of questions and the team answered all of them on the spot and in an easily for me to understand from plumbing electrical and fitting and installation.Once I received my delivery during covid as a contacless transaction, the company simply went above and beyond with easy details and instructions on a pre intallation instruction card laminated to help set the new 8 seater oasis hydro up. I highly recommend the team at slplash brookvale over all other brands on the market. It's not just a spa to them but an experience everyone should try from sitting in the product on the show room floor as stock was all on display to showing all accessories and spares and technique with online tutorials. Perfection.

We attended the trade show and we chose Splahes pools based on there knowledge and very professional,I had read the details regarding the assistance we would receive from a staff member who would come to our home and assist us in advising us on the best location for our swim spa.(1) no one came to our home to assist us, I get a little upset when I read this on their website that they offer this service, and I think how much easier it would have been if we had been supported prior to our new swim spas arriving.Deliver of swim spa went of without any issues.Being a very excited swim spa owner I over looked the covers on the spas, we have 6 very heavy covers and they can become heavy and awkward to remove yourself. After awhile I just stopped using it because it was such an issue taking covers on an off each time you use it. I suggest that before you buy try lifting the lids on and off by yourself.The after care given to us after installation was nil

We bought the Tuscany spa from Splashes – and it is AMAZING! The massage is phenomenal, the lights are so cool and it's very easy to run and customise everything. Great quality item. The staff at Splashes are great to deal with – knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you speak to them before you buy anything else.

After many years of using our Splashes Spa it's really been a fantastic investment particularly now as I have a knee replacement and spinal problems so has been well worth it as helps tremendously with pain and muscle management. (not forgetting the social enjoyment part).

The staff were a delight to deal with, friendly and helpful. The replacement was available in a couple of days at an amazing price. I couldn't be happier.
