Really stoked with the service here and chuffed that he can do so many repairs which is helpful for the future too.Great advice, good pricing and got the job done quickly - good excuse to have a coffee too. He went out of his way to get it sorted. Highly recommend.

Provides high quality services in a timely manner. i've come here many times to get my keys cut, electronic keys fixed, batteries placed on my electronic keys and watches. DR Fix is always friendly and happy to assist. He replaced the missing diamonties on my DNKY watch. It looked better then when I bought it. DR Fix always provides crystal engraving services and has a number 9f sentimental gift items

Be aware!!! He uses old batteries as they last only one month. When I asked for replacement( with prove of receipt, from previous month) I was told he didn't do it. The receipt stated where it was done. Unfriendly and not honest person!!!!

I have bad experience at Dr.Fix.I paid for $150 for replacing the glass and fixing my watch.It Is been 4 months it's stop again.(I am working overseas barely wear watch actually)Cause I have 1 year warranty, I expect to fix right this time.But they said that 's different problem so it is not warranted.They will charge $100 extra if I want to fix it. Now they balme the chinese cheapy watch.I wouldn't pay $150 at the first time if I know it would happen like this and it is better say no before taking the money :(
