The chips are always a soggy, oily mess. No more chances, I'm done. Shouldn't eat this junk anyway being Seppo poison so this is a blessing in disguise. No vegan options in 2022 is also a problem when deciding where to eat with friends. I'll just make my own in an air fryer from now on.

KFC Reynella has to be the best KFC i have ever visited. I love me a zinger stacker box and have a few alterations I make to the burger and the meal itself. 99% of the time they nail it! Chicken is never overcooked. Chips are great. Drive-thru response time is impeccable. Food is always still hot by the time I get home 10 mins down the road. Can't rate highly enough!

My order was not complete, which I didn't find out until I got home. Very unhappy. I rang to complain and the staff member was going to give me a credit via email, for a large mash potato and gravy next time I go there. Well that was the first time in years I had been there and why would I go back just to get mash potato? I should have been offered a complete meal! And guess what.....no email with a credit anyway, and nothing in spam! I should have checked my order before I left the shop, but I shouldn't have to. It wasn't even busy in there! ☹️☹️

Worst KFC i’ve ever had! We usually love KFC but just ordered at the newly renovated store and was disgusted.Ordered 3 pieces of chicken and they were as small as the nuggets, meat was grey and tough, covered in so much crumbs just to make them look larger, ordered original and got zinger…My partner ordered a zinger burger box that was really small, chips soggy and also had 2 pieces of tiny slimy chicken pieces, then opened the potato and gravy and the gravy was lumpy tasted like cardboard.Nothing was edible!Order took ages too and they were not that busy!Won’t be back!!

Whoever owns this KFC should be ashamed at the standard and cost of their food! $30 for two zinger boxes , which we have had before at Murray Bridge and it was great, to have this dried up nugget things and a very ordinary burger is money grabbing! You don’t deserve business. Poor show guys !

Wenth through the drive-thru, Looked in the windows while I was waiting for my food and seen the staff just grab my chicken by the fist full with no gloves, no tongs and chucked it in my takeaway box, lunch ended up in the bin.

other times haven't been so bad but last night did it for us, we won't be coming back here ever again even if it is convenient for us on the way home from workmy partner got sick from eating your chicken last night, tasted funny, smelt funny, was so chewy still too. tried to call the store last night but no response, same as today so i'll be trying to reach head office as this is ridiculous. my partner has spent the last 14 hours throwing up on and off, lost his appetite from the disgusting chicken. what's funny too is he used to work here years ago and boy has the quality dropped heapsssunfortunate really, but just shows the employees do not care about customer service whatsoever, wouldn't be surprised if their phones are off to avoid customer complaints like mine

Newly renovated with ordering like McDonald's but easier to useZinger Crispy box was chosen. Burger really nice but the two zinger crispy pieces were hardly warm and the chicken was grey? Needless to say won't choose that one again.
