I had an extended warranty issue with my Amarok and I was told straight away that they cannot handle this type of issue but only do regular servicing and maintenance of all Volkswagen vehicles.Very helpful, easy to talk to, stocks a small range of essential parts. Supplies and fits OEM quality replacement Hengst as well as Mann & Hummel filters.He gave me excellent advice and an helpful diagnosis of my problem and recommended that I take the car to Castle Hill as the preferred dealer (I agree because NMG are not good with warranty).Sometimes it’s good to have someone who specialises in Volkswagens rather than pick any old Joe who hasn’t even open the bonnet of a Volkswagen. I will think carefully about coming back again for my next service.
