I hired this business to create a Branding strategy and packaging design. I was to reply to emails within 3 days, Solutionist Branding would often take over a week to reply. I was told my brand whole be the focus in that set time period. This is clearly untrue since the project dragged on for months longer than the complete by date. I lost faith in the project and asked to see where the project was headed and received nothing, I asked what the strategy was...nothing. Had we identified the ideal customer? Again...nothing. In the end due to lack of communication I cancelled the project and asked for a refund. I was told no refund would be given as they have a no refund policy". I know this to be against ACCC law. So beware before forking out your hard earned cash as you may get nothing in return also!Also note one of the reviews here by Marta Bellydance is from the owner of Solutionist Branding herself!
