Excellent communication with explanations that were clear and concise as well as regular updates. Willing to take alternative payments like zippay and vetpay, which is great for low income families who have pets.Can't thank or praise them enough

Yesterday I was walking around the Bunbury inlet when I was approached by a couple of young people who asked for help. The young man was carrying an injured bird, a pigeon. Had lots of blood lost and couldn’t fly. They clearly didn’t want the bird to suffer any more than it had. It was cold and drizzling. I couldn’t immediately think what to do except calling the ranger, but they took a long time to answer the phone. I asked another couple walking past with their dog if they had any suggestions. They said vets would put injured wildlife down so I checked the nearest open vet which was Pet stock. I asked bar 31 (nearest place open) if they could give me a box for the bird and the lady taped a box together with no hesitation. We took the pigeon to Pet Stock and the caring vet put the bird down as he would not have lived long. Maybe a dog attack or maybe hit by a car?I didn’t know vets did this service for injured wildlife and I was humbled for this vet’s care, as well as the care of the young people who found the bird and showed so much compassion for it. Really puts perspective on how small doses of compassion for animals unites the human race

Over charging, they also under quote on the telephone. They made up lies my dog had a heart murmur.. I took to a reputable vet the next day who failed to hear murmur. Vet said almost every animal that visits petstock gets wrongly diagnosed. Choose your vet wisely.Editing to add that I did contact the practice. They mentioned the reception girl always forgets to tell customers about the $40 odd compulsory charge, I also contacted them after seeing a more reputable vet and was told “oh well” before being hung up on…Like I said choose your vet wisely.

The staff here in Bunbury are so friendly and welcoming, I really enjoy bringing our dog in as I know she will be well looked after and get lots of extra cuddles! I would highly recommend them to anybody :)

I brought my two girls to be groomed a couple of days ago and I am so very pleased with their cuts. They both look beautiful, the staff have done a wonderful job! I will definitely be returning. Thank you!I also want to say how wonderful the vet side is, we have used your service twice and everyone is so welcoming and professional, also the prices are affordable, you don't feel like you're being ripped off. We have made petstock our regular vet surgery now.
