I am very grateful for the opportunity that ACTIVE 1 provides. I really missed exercises during the long lockdown. The instructors are patient and supportive and I like the variety of exercises. I am now enjoying the sessions with Patrick, but have appreciate all the other instructors I have had since I joined the classes.

Never thought I would enjoy exercising until I joined Active One, such qualified and wonderful staff that realise that every one has different health issues. You are not just a mass exercise group but an individual and given advice as to what best suits your needs.
