At 18:00 Saturday night. Placed on screen order at 18:05. 2 med fries and 3×Milkshakes. At 18:45 went to ask about order ,there was no re-call of our order. Although we have the slip. 2 med fries were served with no milkshakes. We ran out of milkshakes.We can offer frappes. No thank you, and asked for my money back.Everytime ( this was the last visit) EVER, service has been bad.Floors were very dirty too.Kindly respond......

Food prep staff dirty aprons hair hanging everywhere tables not wiped mayhem BOH. Tall guy serving customers was great. On the ball and pleasant.

This would have to be the worst McDonalds in Bendigo. The staff clearly dont want to be there and are always disinterested.I have never gone through to drive through and received an order at the window, i am always asked to park and we will bring it out to you" only to be provided with stone cold food and in incomplete order. There is literally something missing each and every time.They ignore special requests for things to be added or removed.When you walk up to the counter to ask for the rest of your order

Food was horrendous, fries dry and rubber, drink was basically water, shake was not mixed and running.Touch screens not working properly, the place was filthy,Definitely not recommend.

Had a voucher to use. Went to counter the person there didn’t know how to use it. She got the manager on duty, he also didn’t know. Eventually between 3 staff they figured it out. When I got my food, I sat down to eat & the chips were cold. Not just a little cold, but really cold. I took them back & asked for a replacement. The girl at counter went to manager & told him, before he got me a new serve, he tried one first!!Very dissatisfied with all aspects, the food & service were appalling.

This is most likely the cleanest McDonald's in Victoria. The self-service machines worked as expected, the food was served quickly & the staff were very friendly & helpful. It's a real contrast to many other McDonald's restaurants I've visited

Like most MacDonald's lately it's quite dirty inside and out. Most of the time they are out of icecream or machine is broken. Also offer new Cajun sauce in nuggets but they just never have any.... Take it off your menu if you're not doing to stock enough for the small population you actually have to service. Staff are 50:50 some are absolutely lovely and some you feel like they are court ordered to work there.

Service was very slow for dine in, burgers fell apart and didn't taste the best. It was not busy so no excuse for the slow service.
