Vaughan is an amazing therapist. He was great at listening to my needs and previous injuries. Being into sports himself it was easy to for him to understand the issues with my body that comes from competitive lifting. I will definitely be going back to seeing him.

I couldn’t be happier with my massage from Vaughan!Being over 30 weeks pregnant i was a bit hesitant on who i'd like to treat me as i wanted someone who knew the body and could deliver a good massage adapting to a pregnant body.Vaughan outdid my expectations and delivered exactly what i needed without any worry. He was able to work through my hips/back and my chest/neck which has been giving me grief for a while now.I highly recommend Vaughan!!If you're pregnant and need a massage book in.

After more than 10 years of Dragonboat racing, I wake up every morning stiff and in pain. I had one session with Vaughan and I woke up pain free!! I would highly recommend Vaughan for a Sports massage. I will definitely be booking in to see him again.

Vaughan is fantastic.The best massage I have had. It has made a huge difference in my performance and recovery!With the combination of massage, cupping and needling vaughan released all my problem areas.Will definitely be back for more and highly recommend for anyone wanting a massage that fixes your niggles.

Vaughan has been treating me for a couple of months now. Sorting out my aches and pains from working in a trade business. He is professional, kind and very caring in his approach. The needling and cupping are very good. I’d highly recommend anyone needing a good massage therapist to engage in his services. I’ll continue to use his services moving forward .
