Firstly I would not usually write a review like this for a business, I would try to resolve however I have been left really disappointed at blatant overcharging which is disgraceful.I booked my 2019 Mercedes Benz X250d utility in for it's pre paid service and advised only within the last week the Exhaust Filter Warning light was on, service representative advised it was most likely DPF burn off and usually rectified once new engine oil and filter replaced, given Merc have diagnostic tools would think technicians came across this issue frequently and easy fix if you worked on this brand every day! Noted also engine warning light came on day before which he also stated would more than likely be related to same issue. Other issue cruise control now not activating, which if you do your own diagnosis online forums advise may be battery on the way out.After leaving my vehicle I receive a call within 5 minutes of leaving the service centre form another staff member who advises it will be $360 to review my 2 faults? I advised please call me with an update before this charge as other service representative advised lights will more than likely go out after service completed.When I receive a phone call later in the day service person advises we need more time can I pick vehicle up following day? Ok but what about my diagnosis to be charged $360 to review fault lights? They have not had time to look at it as yet? Again I expressed my concern as to why I am paying a Mercedes Benz dealer $360 to review fault lights that should be rectified with the service? He advised will call me back.Following day no call back as yet? So I have to call and advised issued resolved but we are only charging you for half an hour for each fault? which is additional $198 However your SRS airbag light on the dash is now on? and it will be $360 to diagnose why it is on? Ok it wasn't on when I left it with you and I showed you other warning lights when I dropped vehicle off? Yes but it must be a fault in the system still and we have to charge to diagnose? After expressing concerns how is it fair a customer has to pay now for a warning light that was NOT on when vehicle dropped off? Service representative was diplomatic and advised he would discuss with his service manager and call me back. NO CALL back and I turn up to collect vehicle, service person hands me my bill to justify costs, and gives me a list of other required maintenance required, WHAT about SRS light is it still on? Not sure I think technician just reset it so it is not on. To my surprise I drive away now with the SRS light on? and reeling with disappointment!Now to review the Service Invoice - There recommendation was Wipper blades - New front rotors and pads - Battery - and Key fob battery total costs Oh and pay $360 to rectify my SRS light $2273 ALL of I declined to have them proceed further with.Now to to review a few of these items new battery $541 + $180 to fit? understand it's a heavy duty battery but $180 to fit? It should not take an hour to fit a battery this is not a truck it's a utility.Battery fob key battery $8.89 + $54 to fit a key fob battery?? FFS it takes lest than 5 minutes to fit a key fob battery!I'll leave it there and find somewhere else to complete my services done from now on!

Company selling good trucks but worst possible customer service, no one will answer phone if trying to book a service. And have to end up driving to get one booked. It is not a new problem this has been going since last 2 years.

0 STAR REVIEW - Customer service experience terrible. Have made numerous attempts on different days and at various times throughout the day to make a booking for a service. Phones will ring out, and if luckily enough to be answered they would ask to take my details down and say they would call me back once they can bring up availability, you guessed it, no callback what so ever. This is the 6th time I have had the same responses and Experience. I don’t have much option for choices as they tend to be the only one able to service the truck in the area. Very very un-impressed wish I could spend my money anywhere else but here….

Very bad service - repaired our truck , cost over $20,000 to fix, then found they had made an error and had to be re done. Now more problems and they will not respond to emails or messages, all they are worried about is over charging and not giving good service - they even charged us to look at the current problem and refused to let truck leave without payment, the items found were not picked up at full service or mentioned. Be carefull and avoid the service people -

This must be the worst service i have received. I don't think a star should be given at all. Extremely long wait times just to look at warranty issues. Even longer wait times to get the warranty issues fixed. Zero communication and constant changing of their story.

Service and after sale support is terrible.They are very happy to take your money.After the sale they wont return any of my calls.Used truck section wont return my calls either.Forgot to give me my floor mats and seat cover, waited over a month to receive them and went through a toll road during delivery and once again ignored me when I tried to call them about it.I wont be buying from them again nor do I recommend them.

If I could, I will give them negative rating. Absolute disgrace on after sale customer service.Will rarely answer phone. If they answer phone (you should straight away go and buy lotto), concerned member of team or person will be in some sought of meeting. And you will be promised a call back, and you wait for that call back till eternity.Book your truck for service or repair, and on that day you will not be in the booking system (they never send you booking confirmation).Alert ⚠️, stay away from this agency.This is purely a review for after sale service. Selling team was great.
