Really was taken back how helpful and friendly service. I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed assistance. The young fellow was a wonderful even carrying my heavy items to the car and placing them in the boot.Great variety for all your pets needs, well stocked, clean and easy parking right to the door.

Shelves are near empty whenever I go in. Can never get the filter replacement for the pump I brought there. Today I stood there for 30 mins and not one staff member asked if I needed help (they were having a wonderful chat to each other at the counter) I've not enjoyed my shop there once this year! Also wasn't pleasant to walk into a shop with Aircon on in winter either. Very disappointing. Won't be back.

Customer service is kinda rubbish. 4 staff hanging out behind the service desk having a chat about all things not pet related, no intention of asking if any help was needed to navigate the store. The main one leading the discussion (I think the owner) insistent on keeping the staff there to listen to her story, packet of smokes in hand, rather than take the sale. Items overpriced too.

The beautiful woman with the lovely blue coloured hair is an absolute asset to the company, her quality service this morning and knowledge on marine products was incredible! For my first time visiting the store and not being from Bathurst she sure gave me an excellent first impression of the store!.
