Eco ironing and dry cleaning

We trusted these guys with our wedding attire, when I returned to pick my wedding dress up they had put it in plastic (after they asked to keep my coat hanger & the wedding dress bag to store it in). I trusted them to keep my wedding dress & bag safe & everything returned but instead it was a fight to find my wedding dress bag & then we received a text message to return my bag because they said it wasn’t mine….. well where is my bag???But it actually is my bag because as every bride knows they know exactly what their dress is packed in & every fine detail….. won’t be going back. Disgusted at their service.

I got my wedding dress dry cleaned here and unfortunately found a pink stain on my dress. It is hardly noticeable but still…I will go back to get it ironed as i trust the shop owner and had an overall good experience. Just a shame about the stain.

Dropped a precious antique hand made quilt up there. I told the girl who I spoke to to please ask the owner if this can be dry cleaned. She said she would ask Rose and Rose would get back to me with a yes or no.Rose did get back to me, to say she'd already put the quilt in the machine and it's now completely ruined.No apology, no taking responsibility. Just flatly told me she ruined it.It was stunning, very old and I paid several hundred dollars for it. Now it'll be going in the bin.Please do not trust these people with your precious items.UPDATE: As you can see from their response, they do not take responsibility for their mistakes.As I have stated clearly, Rose did NOT call me to discuss whether or not they could successfully DRY CLEAN this item PRIOR to treating it. It's no good telling me this in a Google review, just so they can try to save their skin. They have absolutely no interest in their customers or their items.A simple phone call saying that they could NOT dry clean it would have saved this from happening. I asked for this to happen BEFORE they attempted cleaning. They did not do this but instead threw it into a huge washing machine. Rose called me AS SHE WAS WASHING IT to say that she was watching it turn pink and she couldn't shut the machine off. No apology, she wasn't even particularly worried by it. Just calling to say it's ruined.And please don't say 'I'm sorry, BUT' in a response to a review. You're not sorry.Take responsibility for your mistakes, at the very least. Take responsibility for the fact that you did NOT do what I asked you to do.If I had wanted to wash it, I would have done it myself! That is why I asked if it could be DRY CLEANED.Unfortunately it's not possible to give zero stars on Google.You have been warned.

Excellent cleaner, did a great job on a suit and several dress shirts. Comparable prices to other shops, but the customer service and pleasant experience makes them stand out.
