Absolutely terrible service. There are hidden fees, and now they are not contacting us on the status of our shipment. No one will return our calls or emails on this shipment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SHIPMENTS, THEY ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, UNAMERICAN COMPANY EVER.

The team at Prime are a fantastic bunch, and have been so easy to deal with. Project Logistics can be an absolute pain, but nothing is too hard for them. Have trusted them with local and international work for years because I know they will sort it out, so will keep going back to them!
