Posting at 4:45pm on Monday 20 February 23.Received a very strange, unprofessional service.I purchased an Iloop stick vacuum about 8 months ago from here.The machine stops working randomly.Came here about a week ago and was advised to change filter.Spent $20 on the filter.I was also advised to come back if the vacuum machine still has the same issue.I video recorded the problem so this time no other advice is given.Came to the store and found the unfriendly" lady saying this may your carpet which is causing the issue!However

Joseph was passionate and very supportive of helping me make a decision, he did not push me in any direction to make any type of sale and just gave me the honest facts, which were all backed up by reviews online.
