Theatre old style but comfortable .Good sound system and fine selection of movies for all generations. Nice little tuck shop. Manager very welcoming and friendly.

This place was a life saver for cold wet days when we couldn't get out to the beach, or a cold night activity:) Of course it's an old cinema so it comes with all of the character that comes with age, but I like that. The man at the desk (owner?) is so lovely. plus, they sell Kombucha, what more could you want?:P

Great cinema, elevated comfortable seats so you can easily see over tall people, all the traditional movie food and beverages, including popcorn, and run by very friendly people.

Quaint, old world country theme to this place, that seems to take you past how uncomfortable cinemas used to be.This place hasn't seen a renovation in quite a while - no wide, plush, reclining chairs here!It should be noted that there is a set of stairs you have to climb, as the cinema shares its space with squash courts - a combo I've never seen before, I'll admit.Its just a little more expensive than you'd expect too, however, for some reason, I like the place.

Got there half an hour before the movie so played squash. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Strict covid rules.

I was surprised to find a cinema in a town of this size, but I guess the tourist traffic justifies it! There were only 8 of us in the 140-seat theatre, which was quite comfortable if not perfectly clean. Really enjoyed our movie and chatting with staff beforehand.

I haven't been to the cinema since it changed ownership and may not given the most recent review and backlash from the owner. The new owner no longer sends the program via Facebook which is really disappointing for people who live out of town because the webpage is difficult to navigate. Just tried to ring on two different numbers I found on the internet to find out if/when Elvis will be screened. This number is not connected

Customer service certainly needs attention here.Firstly the cleaner entered the theatre prior to the movie finishing setting up her vacuum.I left a half bucket of popcorn and an empty coke bottle behind on the seats. Oops.She got extremely upset about this.The cleaner belittled me and my five year old.She didn't care about all the popcorn on the floor, hence the vacuum I guess. However, a neat pile really made her mad!The cleaner is also the 'owner'Don't be fooled.I have 25 years of hospitality under my belt, never, ever would I tell someone that they are 'rude' and 'you wouldn't do that at home' if a customer left a plate or a glass on their table.Just pick it up and move onYou've made my experience horrible.
