This reminds me of all the shortfalls of our government. It's one of the most uninspiring places I have ever been. Hour long wait for very simple 5 minute task. I don't mind waiting, but really...Understaffed and very expensive computer/desks/monitors etc that sit idle, great use of money - less than half the desks were staffed. The only saving grace was that the staff there were excellent and friendly, they get a better rating than the place itself.

I have visited here twice since coming back to Australia after living in North America for 10 years. Frankly, compared to my experience over there, and in the UK, the service is prompt, efficient, helpful and very friendly. Many Australians don't realise how good we have it here.
