I love the Frank Green keep cup and Betty Bossi Veggie Drill I bought. They have a huge variety or products online and in-store and the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Will purchase from the store again!

I brought back a creme brulee torch that I had purchased 4/5yrs ago that I had only use a handful of times, I was hoping they could fix or explain why it leaked gas, I was greeted by a friendly lady (didn't catch her name) who got Adam to speak with me and he explained, that the shop had changed hands since i bought it, which explained why they did not carry that brand anymore, and to my surprise he gave me a torch at no extra charge, which he was under no obligation to do, so thank you Adam and staff for wonderful customer service

Small space, crammed with goods, so staff help is essential and freely given. If they have it, it's good but gaps in the range.

Horrible customer service. Took a knife in for repaired and they charged $15. Paid $15 and got a receipt. Then when I went to collect they charged me an extra $5 for no reason. What kind of a shop increases the price without consultating the customer? Avoid!

Nice product and reasonable price, but unkind staff which is the worst. Even some staffs didn’t attend when I ask for help and one of staff in the pay never say hello back to me. The worst experience ever.

Wow fantastic service!The nice guy that sold me to keep cups yesterday over the phone, thank you they just arrived at my door on the central coast from Bondi!The service was lovely, even the postie on his bike drove to my door and knocked on it!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
