Just outside Charleville is this freecamp. Hubby and i had planned on staying here for 2 nights but decided to stay 3. Lovely quiet area. There is a bit of highway noise and the odd train. But you soon zone out and dont hear it. Some birdlife. Its is a bit rocky but good. You will need to be fully self contained as there are no facilities. Plenty of places to camp.

Nice little place to stop, stretch the legs and let the kids release some energy. This place is a free camp but as most free camps it has no toilets.

Great place to stay for a couple of free nights. Lots of spots to park, sunny or shady. There are no facilities or water. Just a swimming hole to cool off in. Short drive to town.
