Bumi & her team are the most professional hairdressers I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 5 years and they go above and beyond in satisfying their clients.They are price competitive and their service is impeccable which streams throughout the team.Bumi will never let a customer leave unless they are truly satisfied and always addresses any concerns immediately.I have recommended a number of friends and family to her and they too are more than happy.Well down LaBelle true professionals!

Best salon in ryde! I’ve been coming weekly for years and SARAH AND DANIA are the best , blowdrys last forever. Would not go anywhere else!!

Sarah the apprentice is the worst!! Rude disgusting, unprofessional behaviour. Gave me disgusting looks every time I arrived to the salon. Always rude and unprofessional on the phone. She is not a team player, when she is not serving, she’s on her phone and lets the company phone ring. She takes so many breaks when the manager has days off. I have made several complaints to the owner who took her apprentices side. Rubbed her back to comfort her and never took my complaints seriously. So I was forced to take it up with the little bi ach myself!!Prices are all over the show, One minute I am being charged $250 for a full head of highlights and toner, then I’m charged $280. Two weeks later I have to pay for another toner and blow dry at $120 every time!! Who does that. Owner always gets the toner wrong!! Just to make another penny!!!Avoid this unprofessional salon at all costs. So many salons in Top Ryde and this is definitely the one to avoid!!!Prices are expensive and not worth it.YOU ARE ALSO EXPECTED TO HOLD YOUR OWN FOILS. Extremely unprofessional, cheap and tacky!!In response to the owners tacky response, I don’t need to lie how funny!!! Others in this thread have stated they have experienced the worse service ever!! People are always making complaints about this tacky salon, people demanding refunds because they are unhappy with their colour. Cheap and nasty!!!As we can observe, the business is now extremely desperate for reviews which is soooo tacky!!! It’s absolutely laughable.Customer service is the worse!!! Always over booking!!! Unprofessional!!! Avoid Sarah at all costs. Find another salon people.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years & wouldn’t go anywhere else! Girls are amazing & I always leave with a smile on my face. Colour is always spot on & great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful hair salon. The women are very skilled at hairstyling and it is a warm and very friendly environment. I have loved my appointments here.

Amazing, perfect every single time. Introduced by my best friend and now both my sisters also come to see Bumi! She’s amazing. Incredibly reasonably priced, but more importantly, always walk out happy. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Sarah is AMAZING and professional. Her service has always been fantastic. She does a great job EVERY single time. My hair has never been healthier and looks great. This salon is a 5 star experience I highly recommend.

Have popped in recently to have my hair cut and coloured and not only have I come out extremely happy but I was both relaxed by not just the atmosphere and attention but the direction I gave was taken in and was met with all my requirements, which I have struggled to find in a hair salon for years. My hairs healthy, bouncy and the colour is beautiful. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I will be coming back!
