Just had a new hot water system installed. I phoned Alex a few days ago for a quote for a new hot water system. I rang him up 9:30 am this morning. And asked him to go ahead and install it. Alex organised the new hot water system and installed it by 2.30 pm that afternoon. Thanks Alex much appreciated. Mrs B

There are not enough stars to show how good Alex is. We had a new kitchen installed and Diamond Plumbing did all the changeovers on the Gas and plumbing. Absolutely would recommend. If you want the best, use Alex.Leign Schubert

Brilliant service from a respectful, quality tradesman. Answered the phone when I rang, answered all my questions, sent out an quote for a new hot water heater the same evening and got it installed within the week, was a bonus. Highly recommended.We had a misbehaving instantaneous hot water system, running hot and cold in a cycle. We'd had plumbers out before with no solution. It progressively got worse.Alex came, tested the water pressure (250kPa) and replaced the pressure reducing valve just after the water meter.Hey presto 500kPa, wonderful showers again, and a 15yr old hot water system with a new lease on life.

Alex at Diamond Plumbing Group has been excellent to deal with - very communicative, accomodating and polite. He turned up on time, completed the job exactly as I wanted, and cleaned up after himself. Alex is a well-skilled plumber/drainer & gas-fitter.
