The care and attention shown to me has been outstanding from the moment I stepped in to AudioHearing in Toorak. Alex and the team have been thoroughly professional and very sensitive in dealing with my requirement to now wear hearing devices. I had already had bad experiences with two national chains Specs****s and Ampli****e which put me off seeking solutions, but AudioHearing nailed it from the outset.

I went to AudioHearing Prahran to assess and hopefully fix an impaction issue that was causing deafness in one ear for a few weeks. The microsuction wax removal was quick, painless and worked extremely well! Not only can I hear in that ear again, the fidelity of all sounds in both ears increased drastically particularly in the higher frequencies. The staff were friendly and professional. The clinic has a great setup. I highly recommend them.

I have been coming to see Alex and his team regularly (for Lyric replacements) for over 5 years and have received nothing but top class service during this entire period. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alex to any prospective clients and, in fact, would say he is one of the best if you are looking for personal service and who honestly cares.

DO NOT waste your money here. They sold me $340 earplugs, they have broken TWICE and they now inform me when I try to get them repaired a 2ND time that they are “DESIGNED TO BREAK”? Dimi the receptionist there is the rudest human I have ever had to interact with. She said it’s ‘your word against ours’ as to me not being informed that $340 earplugs are designed to break? The most pathetic and atrocious customer service I have ever encountered. As a note, me and a friend came in for custom earplugs at the same time. He was also never informed that they’re designed to break. Why would something that costs $340 and more than 5x the average cost of earplugs be designed to break?

What a fabulous experience I had with my Mum at AudioHearing, South Yarra clinic! Those laudable principles of providing safe, effective, efficient, timely and, importantly, patient-centred care were consistently demonstrated. Cherry Wong was awesome. My Mum has cognitive impairment and mobility challenges - everything requires extra time and lots of repetition. Cherry got this and she navigated Mum’s needs patiently and respectfully. Week 1 of new Hearing Aids and I have to be cautious - Mary can hear all those words spoken under my breath! Well Done Team at AudioHearing South Yarra.
