If we could give Rob 6 stars, we would. Professional, but still approachable. He was happy to explain things to us in terms we could understand. Rob remedied the situation we had with our motor vehicle, and in general, went above and beyond to make sure everything was in good working order before finishing up. Given his level of expertise, we expected his fee to be higher, but it was very affordable; so important in today's economy.We would recommend Rob every day of the week, and twice on Sunday.! Added bonus- Rob can come to you with his mobile equipment. We will definitely be using Excel Diagnostics again for our next vehicle servicing. Thank you Rob, you're a champion.

We were extremely happy with the work done on both our vehicles by Rob. He completed a timing belt, oil filter & oil change on our '99 Laser & repaired the issue with central locking on the IX35. Rob was brilliant, a quick phone call and he was able fir me in to help me with a diesel filtration system issue that the big guys were trying to charge $7000 to replace old for new. We made some changes to my EVC system and went through some ways in which we could make my car do a forced burn and the issue has been fixed, Rob really knows his stuff and thinks outside the box when others take the easy way. 5 stars from us. My 79 series Landcruiser was well over due for a service, but due to work commitments I was struggling to get to the usually company mechanic.I called Rob and explained the situation. He provided a quote, arranged the parts and scheduled a time to come out to my construction site and performed a major service. By end of shift my ute was ready and I was able to head straight from site to home.No running around to drop off vehicles and arrange lifts to and from site, costing the company time and money.Rob's set up with everything he needs and just goes about his work and gets it done! No fuss.

Excel Diagnostics care about your vehicle. They serviced our Pajero and Mazda. I'd struggle to find a reason to not use them. So convenient and reasonably priced. Why drive to a mechanic when you can have one visit you?

Robs a genuine bloke, who knows his stuff about cars. As honest as they come and will be open to tell you anything you want to know with issues/problems. Wouldn’t trust anyone else is Sandgate but Rob

Nothing special about my Ute but Robert is meticulous in routine and preventative maintenance. Ute has never run better. Thanks Robert for reasonable pricing, professional advice, timely reminders and always leaving the site clean and tidy.

Was very happy with Rob’s work when he completed a service on our Prado. Very convenient as he comes to you and the communication was great with another issue found and was able to repair the brakes on the spot. Very decent price also, will be using Rob again for the next one.

Rob fixed my Nissan pulsar last year when it was playing up. This time I asked him to service my toyota prado. He gave the prado a major service and checked everything. I am very happy with his workmanship. He will be doing all my services from now on.
