Very helpful fellow that served us with what we needed , he said he was new to the team so well done , counter setup is very backwards being in the middle away from the customer counter and they have their backs to you asking your details doing invoices etc , found that a bit off putting to be honest.

There's a day I will never get back 8 hrs to put a ground wire back on and change a vent. I hope and pray I never have to set foot in here again the only good thing was the young girl behind the counter she seemed to care. Why they need your vehicle all day screams unorganised.

Couldn't ask for better customer service.Took my arb fridge in as it wasn't cooling.They fixed the loose wire at no cost. Highly recommend this store.

Not the best experience great product but customer service is extremely poor and rude once the $ are handed over.Had a bar and winch fitted which was sent out incomplete and wireless function on winch not working as the reciever wasn't even fitted just a bare power wire.Once fitted not even an apology, and rude when asked to show if it was actually working . Definitely not how you treat a customer when the job should have been sent out in working order !!!
