TL;DR - Said they didn't have an item when it was on display...I called up about an item because I wanted to make sure it was available before I ordered it online. The lady that had picked up the phone said there was one in stock but they will need to confirm this and check the stock, she told me to call back as another assistant has yet to arrived and someone needs to be in the store while the other checks stock.I called again and another lady picked up the phone, I informed her of the situation and so she asked the other assistant to see if she had found anything. They said that there was none in stock even though their system had said there was one in stock.I said I would come into the store and see what else they had and to my surprise the exact item that I wanted was staring me in the face. It was on display for the world to see and I wasn't in the store for more than a minute.

The ladies were of absolutely of no assistance at all, the Asian lady kept glancing at my hands and seemed to be under the impression that I was there to steal.So no I won't be going back there's plenty more places where I can brows and shop for a bag and get decent service without being the unpleasant glares!

Went in there to purchase a bag and wow, the lady at the counter didn't acknowledge me, really couldn't be bothered to help me when I asked and was frankly just rude. I left empty handed after feeling like I was an inconvenience to her.

I've been going to this store for many years, the staff are absolutely lovely, they're young ladies and so friendly, especially Gorga with her blue hair she is such a cheery person and very helpful. Totally recommend this shop.

Went into the store mid morning. There were no other customers in the store. Sales people were chatting to each other without acknowledging me. After a few minutes of looking, other people entered the store and were greeted with a good morning. Had intentions of buying but not after being ignored so left.
