It’s a matter of one bad apple spoils the bunch here. I was browsing when the elderly cashier began to bark at me from across the shop to come through her register, then rolled her eyes when I continued to browse. I had entered the shop only minutes prior and then felt more than unwelcome. Staff seemed uncomfortable! Management can’t excuse this terrible attitude & rude behaviour. Customer service skills training is well overdue!

Amazing fresh fruit and veg, I won’t go back to supermarket fruit and veg now. They also have a range of deli, pasta, cheese, bread and beautiful flowers. They are very friendly and give kids a piece of fruit.

The best fresh fruit, vegetables and speciality produce in Bayside. The people who work there are also absolutely lovely. 10/10 would recommend.

Seriously impressive range of fresh fruits and vegetables, but maybe even more exciting is the deli and pasta section up the back of the store. Some really interesting local and imported meats, cheese, bread, pasta, etc... You can definitely find the ingredients here for a special meal.

Not sure what had happened recently, but service and safety had gone downhill. Ladies at the tills have masks on their chins leaving mouth and nose uncovered. Getting to the checkout is a safety nightmare in itself. Shoppers and people waiting to be served all brushing past each other. I will be going to Sculunas in Mentone in future. I feel much safer and produce is equally as good.

STOP using so much plastic! Going to this store is like going back in time because they wrap so much of their fruit and vegetables in glad wrap, plastic bags and those polystyrene trays. I was so disappointed and shocked when I moved to Beaumaris and went to this store. Think about the environment ! We all need to do our part. I will not be shopping here until they do better.

The only go-to for our family to get fresh fruit and veg, deli and other delicacies for the last 25 years. The attention to service and quality is beyond reproach. Many of the staff have been there as long as we’ve been customers and obviously take pride in their work. A much appreciated gem by the many very loyal locals.

Outstanding variety of fruit & veg, as well as specialty items like condiments, sauces and pastas. I really like finding the hidden gems like the Buddha's Hand I found once. Fresh and high quality. Great place.

I'll second the other guy about flowers - brought tulips that withered and died even before opening their blossoms. Very dissatisfied.Though I must give credit to the lady that packaged them - she was very thorough. Strawberries were also good.
