Very impressed with the service you provided today for me. No booking I walked in and asked for new tyres,you advised me I only need 2 tyres not 4. The service could be done within 2 hours and true to your words the car was ready within time frame. I called JAX Tyres & Auto yesterday in an absolute state, I needed a lock nut removed and tyre changed urgently as the key couldn't be found. They not only got me in straight away to assist with the locknut removal but also repaired the tyre going flat so I don't need to replace it so soon. Instead of coercing me toward the more expensive purchase they did what I needed for less. Absolute care and absolute integrity. Awesomely friendly and trustworthy business with highly skilled technicians who did a wonderful job on my car. Thank you so much guys! :)

I was told for a roughly 4pm pick up for my car when handing it over first thing in the morning. I still haven’t heard back and it is 3pm, I have issues with my suspension which is causing me to not travel above 70km/h. Furthermore they think they have the right to charge me for an inspection when a. You don’t pick up phone calls and rudely hang up without saying anything. B. Want to charge me $70 for an inspection when the man specifically told me he will call if there are any issues; funny I am the one to call get hung up on and get a text 2 minutes later saying my ‘car is ready’. Disgrace for professionalism

A few little hick-ups getting my car in but they called ahead of time so no real time lost there. Once in, I could do my online work normally in the waiting room - and they gave me a lift to&from home when I decided to add a brake service in. So great stuff there.
