Had some issues with my car keys and every other place I tried quoted me $550+. These guys fixed for me for $100, took them 30 minutes and all works perfectly. Very happy with the work and the service. Thankyou!

Have had Duane serve me a few times and he's always been very friendly and professional whenever he's helped me. :-)Most recently, I had Duane engrave a special message on a pen for me, which I was giving as a farewell gift to a work colleague. I honestly didn't think it was really possible to engrave a message on a cylindrical object with such little surface space, but Duane assured me he could do it and I was blown away with the results!! :-DThanks Duane, you're now the only person I'll ever trust for my engraving, shoe repairing, watch battery and key replacing!!

Really friendly service and tried hard to fix my broken sunglasses. They re-broke after a month, but they tried again using another method for me free of charge and in a timely manner when I returned

Quick service and nice staff. I changed my watch battery and they gave me a 6 months guarantee, which I don't know if is standar, but in the place I changed the battery before they didn't gave me anything. So I found the service here really good.

Never ever come back again! The worst service in town. Worst!Just ask a question about why my parts delayed , a staff shouting at me saying: leave my shop, don't come back! What a worst service experience.! They don't care about customer, don't care about customer's goods!Dear customer, If you want the worst service, come in. If you want some extremely rude one shouting at you, come in.

They fixed the tear in my backpack with some red leather! I was so devastated when customs knifed my backpack I thought I couldn't fix it, but these guys did.They've also fixed my hiking boots, replaced my watch battery, and cut keys for me before. Always a good job!
