Dogdayz Dog Boarding - Silvan

Just collected my beautiful girl after her holidays. Happy, clean, healthy! It’s like she has never been away. Only thing is she is pooped! Must have had a ball of a time. Cannot recommend Dog Dayz Silvan highly enough!

Our black Lab Shadow had a full day of fun, play, running and meeting new friends. One very tired puppy. Cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful team at Dogdayz Country Club Silvan.

If I could give less than 1 star i would, this is why..Very disappointed! My heart hurts for my babies, we shouldn't have left them!My husband and I went overseas and left our 2 whippets under the care and supervision of dog dayz rather than our normal kennel. We just got married and this company offer a service to groom and bring the dogs to the ceremony for photos so while hesitant to change from our normal kennel we thought this would be a great idea with the services they offer and it seemed as though their reviews were good a 4.6 is good, I did not think I would be writing a negative review.In the car ride from the church to the venue we received a phone call from the manager saying that our booking was between 4 and 5 p.m however we had verbally confirmed the day before when we dropped the dogs off at reception that the photos would be from 4:30 to 5:30 the lady at the desk said yes this is noted.. (obviously not) the phone call preceded and the manager told us that the handler on site could not be there past 5 p.m and the manager would need to drive all the way out there and we would be charged for this! she was very condescending and rude, you could hear that attitude through the phone. The way she approached the phone call could have been handled allot better especially knowing it's a wedding and we paid extra for that service.But that wasn't the last of it....When we went to pick up our fur babies, we didn't notice at first however we got in the car and they smelt, they haven't been washed, we could see skin & Bone on my baby boy, we took both of them straight to the VET Walter has lost 2 kilos in 10 days, he has a temperature, he is dehydrated and has been put on a whole bunch of antibiotics to treat kennel cough. Leah has Kennel cough and has only lost around 300g.Walter has never been a fussy eater, Leah on the other hand can be a fussy eater. I don't know what happened in there but I can say my little boy is a completely different puppy than he was, Walter is always wagging his tail and it's like he's scared now :(I'm not sure why no one called the emergency contact to notify them, this would have avoided 2 vet visits and an emergency vet clinic visit last night.I've attached a before photo and after of his weight , you can see he didn't have ribs showing and now he has 5 ribs showing, I understand whippets are a skinny breed, and they run a lot however this is ridiculous that it was not picked up.We are honestly so very disappointed in the way our babies came back to us, we feel so bad for going on a honeymoon I'm leaving them here.

Boarded our princess greyhound Luna there for 4 nights. The drop-off and hand-over process was smooth, and we could tell the staff cared for the dogs in their care.We picked Luna up with no issues. Would definitely board her there again.

Highly recommend dog dayz silvan!! I boarded my beautiful golden there for 2 weeks whilst away on holiday. I was extremely nervous to leave him somewhere he was unfamiliar with as he can get very nervous. All the girls were so understanding and compassionate to him, making sure he was comfortable and worked through his anxiety with him and by the end of his stay he was having a ball with all his doggy friends he had made. On pick up, he was happy and looked so healthy, they had even given him a bath, and trimmed his nails! I’ll definitely be using dog dayz again!!!

They took care of my Doberman just incredibly. I cannot commend them more or recommend them high enough 10star. My girl is nervous and has trouble with other dogs so I took her there 2weeks before I booked (she was going in for 3 and a half weeks, family unable to have the space to look after her) to see how she would react in the space and she loved it, comfortable with the people and dogs. She returned a security girl. She would break up all the fights and then ask for pats for a good job (she got them haha). When she was picked up they had done a little diary (a sentence or two) for each day on how she was doing. They went a step further and sent me multiple emails with photos of her playing and doing normal dog things. I felt she was in completely safe hands. 11/10 going that extra mile

My 8 year old border collie Cindy has been going to DogDaz since she was 16 months for 6 years once a week for overnight stay and when I had holidays. She loves it and staff are wonderful very caring and I have never had any concerns. She is well looked after.

We went on a three week holiday and Maximus had to stay behind.Dogdayz regularly updated their Facebook page with photos of all the dogs including Maximus.This allowed to enjoy our holiday knowing Maxi was in good care.Drop off and pick up were quick and easy.Highly recommend this place.
