My husband's second visit now. All staff are so helpful and professional. A bit of a hike to get to the Centre from where we live but because they are so gentle and good at what they do it is well worth it

I have visited twice now. Everyone I have dealt with there is so helpful and informative and they talk you through everything they are doing. My treatments have been covered by my insurance and they haven't tried to push extra treatments on me like some dentists do. I thoroughly recommend them.

Virginia and the team are fantastic! I have had a fear of going to the dentist for a long time, as I have always had issues with my teeth. I have been going to see Virginia for a while now and she has been non-judgemental about what has happened to my teeth. Virginia is very thorough and honest and always explains every process, she is very gentle and shows a genuine concern for my well-being after any procedure she does. The whole team are always very helpful and friendly when I go in. I would 100% recommend Balmoral Dental Centre, the team are great!

Dr Virginia is an incredibly good dentist. Very good at her job she informed me of all possible treatment options and was open and honest about everything and what would be best for my situation. Really took her time to make sure i was properly informed so i can get fantastic treatment. Receptionist and dental assistant was absolutely lovely as well!!

Professional and kindhearted is how I would summarise this dental practice. Dr Virginia Han I saw for the first time today and she seems amazing. In the past few months I’ve seen several dentists hoping unsuccessfully to get someone to take me seriously. While I’m still figuring out what’s going on I finally feel safe knowing a competent health professional is looking thoroughly at what’s going on.

Had a tooth problem that appeared over the website. I submitted an email late at night and the next day (A Sunday) had a call first thing in the morning and was booked in for that afternoon.Amazing service and found the best dentist to work through my dental issues. Highly recommend.

The very best of dental practices. Needed an emergency appointment on a Sunday and they stepped up to the plate. Dennis was supurb in quickly identifying the issue and had a filling completed in no time. He did a brilliant job and was very thorough in explaining everything in simple terms.Well done Team Balmoral Dental

Best dentist ever! They are way ahead of the game with their treatments and expertise putting lots of loving care. I love half hour away but this will be my dentist for life now as it just such a great dentist great staff and looked into aspects of my dental health most dentists just dont put the extra effort into to monitor and treat. So happy I found these guys and couldn't reccend them more if you want the best dentist to look after your teeth the best!!

Had bone grafting done, and safe to say i’m very happy about the whole procedure and experience. Dr virginia and her Dental assistant made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole treatment and walked me through it, leaving the next day with minimal pain which i’m glad. The receptionist Nicole was lovely and made sure i was well taken care of after. Overall good experience :)
