I am grateful to have a property manager like Kim Briski. Not only Kim is very responsive to any query I have, she is also very proactive in contacting me when issues arise. She will find solution that works best for both me as landlord and my tenant. I find her very trustworthy, she will give me most reliable advise when I am in doubt. Kim is the best agent I have ever dealt with. I value her hard works and support in managing my property. Thanks so much Kim!!

My husband & I have rented 5 different homes now, through multiple real estate agencies. Response @ Kellyville have been the best by far!! Paulette has been amazing. All communication has been so clear & efficient. Everyone we have dealt with on the team has been very professional, as well as warm & friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. Not one problem from our first tour to handing back the keys at the end.

Last week our Family Home Unit in Artarmon, which had been in our family for 42 years, was sold by Paul Land of Response Real Estate.  We are so pleased that we chose Paul as our agent. We had a bad experience with another managing agent prior to finding ResponseRE. Once we found Rhiannon, we decided to move all our property managements to her. I find her managing style to be very proactive, always 1 step ahead of my requests and questions.Her communication skills is second to none. None of my questions went unanswered, everything is done in an effective and timely manner. She is very friendly and approachable.I trust that all our tenants and properties will be well taken care off with Rhiannon!

Sadly not a good ending to our dealings with ResponseRE property management. Our property managers kept leaving until our property file ended up with someone at the Norwest office, who was too scared of the tenant and just acted as a errand girl...she just forwarded both parties' emails to each other and refused to deal with the tenant! Then what is the point of getting a property manager? Some questions we asked in the emails if our actions was legally right or not, the property manager didn't even read, she just flicked it to the tenant.Things dragged out for the worse when we had to sell. In deciding on sales agents, we spoke to Chris who was a great guy but after dealings with their property management, sadly we chose to go elsewhere.In the end, it was actually the sales agent at another agency that resolved our problems.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Chris throughout the entire purchase process. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout, and would always respond to any queries immediately. He also went above and beyond in accommodating our requests for an inspection post purchase and was always upfront and honest. We would highly recommend Chris to vendors and purchasers alike.

So unprofessional realestate agent these guys.I recently purchased a house through this agency. The place had been rented out and the property manager, Sharon, promised to provide me the inspection report but never been provided. A few doors had punch marks on it, many holes in the walls, 2-3 kitchen cabinet doors were broken.. A month after we settled down, we got a phone call from her, the tenant agreed to pay $40 for the kitchen cabinet door repair. I believe it must have been more than $40. Anyway, I still have not received the money after 2 month from the phone call.The house was not professional cleaned, the tenant just did by themselves which was not good enough. I had to hire a professional cleaner before move in. The cleaner was shocked by the house condition because it was very filthy.This realestate agent did not look after the property buyer. - maybe good for the tenant because they did not need to pay anything after use the place horribly.The points above are just some aspects of the iceberg.Even before we settled, the sales agent provided us wrong information about settlement date, and I had to fight to figure out the correct settlement date and make it happen.Not a pleasant experience.

The agents Paul Land and Helen Abdilla did really amazing jobs during our purchasing. They gave us much more professional advices and tips to ensure the purchasing going smoothly. So pleasure can deal with you as easy and quick way.
