I am 76 years of age and suffer from severe and crippling pain in my back and calf muscles caused by herniated discs. From the minute Suzy stared working on my back and calf, there was instant relief. I have almost reached the point where the walking stick is no longer a necessity to ease the pain. Suzy is such a caring person and this comes through in her approach and delivery of the incredible service Chrio spot therapy offers. I recommend Body for Life and in particular Suzy for anyone seeking pain relief and mobility. Thank you Suzy.

Went there (chiropractor )for lower back pain it all went well until the last visit.I’m now going elsewhere to someone more experienced in there field.I’m not the only one that this has happened too.If your going to charge people your fees please charge accordingly to there experience

Beautiful setup of rooms and staff were very helpful. Absolutely loved my Infrared Body Cocoon session and will definitely be back to try a few more things - especially looking forward to trying the Cryo Recovery.

I had Emma do my deep tissue massage. She was absolutely amazing. Really aimed in the areas I asked her too and I left feeling so revitalised. I am so happy with my experience here. I will definitely be back!

I saw Raquel yesterday and she was absolutely fabulous. This was my 1st massage and I was nervous but knew I needed a deep massage. She put me at ease straight away and communicated to me throughout about how much pressure she would use. I was able to chat to her (or stay silent at the sorer bits!). The receptionist was lovely too, clinic was very welcoming and clean. All in all a fabulous experience, I will definitely be back.

I hadn't been here since it had changed names. I loved the set up & calm vibes. Leila did an amazing job at my Remedial Massage. I had never had cupping done before, but she was so professional, friendly & knowledgable. Answering any questions I had in detail. Easy to book online as well. Will absolutely be back.

Fantastic facility, amazing equipment, great service. Have had 12 sessions with the wellness cocoon and have experienced significant reduction in inflammation around my injured knee joint. Feel extremely relaxed and refreshed after each session, will definitely be continuing with this treatment.
