18/2/23 Wanted a lpg refill today staff at front desk, served chap in front of me 1 st he also wanted to fill lp cylinder, no not filling them today we are short staffed, anaconda might across the road , well great advice because they got a $250 sale from myself and also helped old mate with a refill.It also seemed strange when you drive past bcf and they are filing cylinders, I won’t be back.Kevin

I mean it's OK.Over priced.Some of the staff show zero interest in boating camping or fishing. And have no knowledge to be of any real help.Never get asked if they could help they just leave you walking around.It's definitely not a shop I would go into if I needed advice. But if you know what you want, chances are they will have it.

The best staff in any local business. Always friendly and no question is too difficult to answer. Excellent range of gear and excellent value for money. Super fast click & collect and much BETTER than local Anaconda click, & collect. BCF are fantastic with great prices but equally great service.

We drove to this store to get 2 gas bottles refilled, only to get there and be told that they aren't doing refills today.Also wanted a bottle of toilet chemicals, but didn't have that either.2nd time I've been here and not been able to get gas refilled, I won't be back.

The sales guy was heaps knowledgeable. I had no idea about fishing stuff for my son. The guy calmly got what I needed. Using the BCF card we got a few months ago for snow gear I even got another 10 bucks off. My son and his mate caught fish that arvo and had a blast. THANKS BCF AND THE DEVONPORT STAFF

I've been shopping here several times. It was good before, but today the experience is bad. There is often no sales assistance in the whole store. And I have some questions with the fishing rod I bought yesterday, then I ask the cashier, she's lacks basic knowledge and a bit rude to me. Better to shop in Anaconda next time. They are much helpful and welcome.
