I asked for packing service since I gonna fly to another country and look how they made it. No secured padding, even took off my gear protection for nothing? And broke my front brake??Still it cost 60 aud. Bad service, no profession and clearly don't know how to pack a bike. Now I understand why they asked me to go out before packing my bike.Edit: they replied that they did the same for all, well they really dont know all the rule for going oversea on a plane. You have to deflate tyres. It is about safety.

Stumbled upon this place serendipitously and asked about ebikes - apparently they might start stocking them in June or July, but the staff very kindly suggested another shop nearby and gave me some ideas on which bikes to go for. Super convenient, it has a bike pump outside and just along the Upfield trail too. Sadly I already have a bike or would've taken a longer look for sure. The graffiti on the wall is great too!Edit: went back today and got myself a nifty little pannier bag and a bell, look forward to using them!

Been very happy with the bike purchased here and the services they provided. Very compatible price with reliable quality. I've used the bike over a year, carried a lot of stuff, moved a house, went a few bike tours on rough surfaces, never a puncture. I'd say it's a good value considering it's less than $400. Ryan & Claire are always very helpful. The communication has been clear and the service is usually done within a day or even hours, very efficient. And they have an electric bike pump can be used for free, so nice.

Just off the bike path with later night opening hours this is a great stop for both a new bike, accessories, or an emergency tube pickup.I was caught with a puncture and no spare on route one day, and stopped in to pick up a new one, for a small extra cost the staff were also able to pop it in for me and pump it up, which saved me a lot of time and hassle and got me on my way in great time (thankyou).It's a small store but well worth the service.

I have had a wonderful experience with Samson cycles on multiple occasions now. I am clueless when it come to bicycles, and when I recently took my old and shabby bike in to Samson's after it started making a wounded screeching noise upon pedalling, Ryan not only gave me an well-educated guess on the cause (bearings worn out to near non-existence) and a very reasonable quote, but he also kept me informed of my choices about what could be done with the bike following the resolution of the immediate problem. The Roadmaster now feels like a new bike and I am absolutely wrapped with the result, thanks so much Samson cycles team!

Great shop, great service and friendly staff. I get my daily commuter serviced here and I’m always happy. Just the other day my cleats were loose, lost a screw and couldn’t get home. Walked in off the street it was sorted straight away with no fuss….. just honest, friendly, affordable and reliable service.

Took my bike in about a week ago for a general service and tube replacement (quoted around $100). I received no communication from them despite leaving my phone number, and when I came to pick up my bike today they had done an extra $60 worth of work without consulting me. I mentioned this to the owner and he said he'd take it on board. As a full time student, (with a few casual jobs), the budget is pretty tight and $60 is the difference between being able to afford groceries this week. Hopefully just a one off mistake but pretty poor form & I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Thank you so much for the after-service Samson!! I got a flat tyre and the lady and the gentleman in the store helped me fix it. Such patience and skill!!! Hightly recommended.My blue bike is light and fast and it has a basket at the front. Easy to maneuver for city shopping and leisure. They also have a range of colors to choose from.

I just got my first bike from Samson. I wasn't sure what I needed at first. Went to a couple of bike shops and Samson was by far the only one that can help me to find the right bike. Ryan and his wife were super friendly and helpful, they put in extra effort in making sure I am happy with the bike. Good bike at great price, excellent customer service. Can't be happier with my purchase.
