Contacted a Hayden Windsor regarding a property, and lined up an inspection. Later received a follow up email stating that a tentative offer had been received on the property, but that the inspection would go ahead as planned. Based on this information, myself and another potential buyer took time off work to meet at the property at the agreed time. Hayden failed to show up, and did not respond to our initial attempts to contact him. When he did respond, he blatantly and transparently lied about his reasons for failing to keep the appointment. Really unprofessional behaviour, and particularly disappointing coming from from a small, local business such as Derwent, who you would expect to provide better service than the big boys in the industry. This incident has really scared me off these guys, and I couldn't imagine using them in the future. If you can't trust an agent to communicate with potential buyers truthfully and in a timely manner, you really have to question if they take their job or profession seriously.

My partner and I placed an offer on a block of land subject to physical inspection but was told the realestate do not accept this condition. So requested a message was passed on to the vendor to hold off accepting an offer untill that weekend.Got no response from the realestate agent if the message was passed on.Land went under offer the Tuesday after the weekend with still no response.Very poor communication skills.

The Service given by Hayden is fantastic, from the beginning to the closing of purchased, he been providing the pros and con's about the property we are acquiring. Great Job & Great Service! You are a legend mate.

Friendly reliable service - very knowledgeable about the local area. Also very supportive of local not for profit groups - I like that!
