I can get everything I need here, a nice range of products. Staff are always helpful. I do a big shop online and come here several times a week, quality of fruit and vegetables is always good.

Small store with a limited range of items. Hence, a waste of time. Some of the items are very expensive. Staff are indifferent. One promised to return my call, but obviously refused to do so.

Used to deliver here when it was Thomas Dux and have managed to come back since the change over last year. Sadly some people have left since Thomas Dux closed, but still a great store with great people. Store layout has changed considerably since the change over, but over all a good store that you can pop into off the street for all the 'necessities' at your convenience.

A discounted item was charged at the full price at the self check out. The counter staff said it was dismissive saying it was human error "Several of the self checkout points are underperforming.Poor recognition of my Rewards App at the self checkout (doesn't happen at Coles)This store needs product guides at the end of each aisle. Q"

A staff member was quite impatient as she was returning the trolley towards the trolley bay. I was standing next to it as I was trying to separate 2 bacterial wipes whilst separating it - I had a bag with other purchases that I was holding between my legs whilst I was temporarily freeing my hands - so moving was difficult. I understand it was not the best place to have been, however that is also right next to where the antibacterial wipes are located and there weren’t any other customers. She checked the trolley in and proceeded to complain to her fellow coworker that she could not believe what happened with her roster.There’s also missing tickets that made shopping more work than it needed to be. The twinning tea range are half price but only one line had the ticker. We had to confirm the prices using the Woolies app ourselves.

Was ok, cool that they have coffee. Hot food section only had a single pie, and sushi was 90percent vego options
