Nine West Birkenhead Point

Was just in the area and found ourselves entering Nine West. The staff were all super friendly, particularly a blonde middle-aged lady wearing green. She had impeccable service skills - was approachable, friendly, helpful, patient, all of it. Definitely had a 10/10 experience simply because of her presence. Would definitely recommend.In terms of the shoes- they had a lot of shoes on sale. A massive range. There were some that were still in store (current styles) and some that were reduced further as they were the last sizes. Everything was well organised and the staff definitely knew what they were doing.

There was a young lady that had brown hair, with highlights in them that displayed absolutely disgusting behaviour. My mother and I walked in and when we found a pair of shoes we liked we asked her countless times if she had the same shoes in a size 10. Instead of helping us out she went to other customers and assisted them with whatever they needed help with. My mother and I, being clearly ignored, can only guess she doesn't like culturally diverse people, we decided that we'd leave. My father was waiting outside for us and saw that she stuck her tongue out at us as we left. I don't recommend going there if you come from an ethnic background. Its a shame they hire people with these inclinations.

The people working here have a very disturbing attitude towards the customers. I bought a few pairs of shoes from this store before, and saw how their attitude shifted the moment they saw you were going to buy something. They act like you have to buy just because they are on sale, but it’s impossible to find the right size as it’s an outlet store. If you find the right size by any chance and you want to try them on, they make you feel uncomfortable as if you shouldn’t be asking for the size. Then they stare at you when you don’t want to buy simply because they are not comfortable (I only tried two pairs yesterday and left because of their attitude). This has happened many times before and every time I thought I could be misinterpreting or they might be having a hard day, but after reading the reviews here, I am convinced that these people lack the only skill they need for the job, which is customer service. I will not be going back.

Very rude and arrogant service by sales person Annie. Was not helpful at all and looked not interested to do her job. Acted like she was the owner of the store. Will definitely suggest further customer service training provided to her. Have previously been to this store and have always been looked after.

Came in at the last minute for heels and the staff were all so great and helpful! I was unsure of which shoes to purchase so I stepped out and came back at closing time. Despite this Irene, Simona and Duha were so kind, patient and understanding with me. They clearly don’t mind going the extra mile to give great customer service. Thank you girls, it really made my day!

there are two old hags, a blonde and brunette who lack basic customer service skills, are rude and overall useless when asking for help. their disdain towards races other than white is beyond obvious. grow tf up (mentally) xx

Extremely rude young lady Brown hair, refused to assist my wife and when asked for size yesterday, just walked around the store then came back and said, 'we don't have your size' walking off mid sentence. Stuck her tongue out at my wife as she walked out. Not realising I was standing to the side watching this all unfold. I can only attribute her actions to bigotry. She seemed happy to help others with a different appearance. Nine west is a great brand with great products but poor staff. Will never go back. It's no coincidence that the poor reviews for this store at birkenhead point come from people with culturally diverse names.

Great prices.. customer services very helpful.
