Thank you City Wreckers Melbourne. Someone hit my bonnet and I needed it replaced. Ryan went out of his way to ensure that it went on properly and even adjusted the bonnet hatch (wasn't fitting properly at the beginning) to make sure that it was all good to go. Absolute legend. I was looking for a front drivers seat for my Caddy. Found one on the web at City Wreckers. I got there early because l was travelling away that day. Within 10 minutes they showed me the seat, it was still in the car, mind you. It was a little dusty but in good condition. They were very helpful, they had the seat out and cleaned for me within half an hour or so. I was very impressed. Would highly recommend! Worth a look if you’re chasing a part.

Lots of parts available. Bought something via the online store and when I showed up they weren't sure where the part had been placed, but offered to ship it to me for free if they couldn't find it. Eventually they did find the part, it was in great condition and pricing was fair. Would order from here again.

Was desperately looking for an authentic Audi Q5 steering rack and Atif was able to help me immediately over the phone. The part wasn't advertised on the website yet but Atif was happy to check the VIN, compatibility of the part and offer it to be shipped directly to our mechanic in Sydney the next day. Atif sent me photos of the part, tracking number the very next day. Excellent customer service - thanks Atif !

Came here to get a replacement windscreen wiper for a 2009 Q7. Prices where alittle expensive but I paid for convenience and still cheaper then a new part. Customer servi e was good, i walked in unannounced and asked for the part. Thanks guys!
