Made appointment for a quote, spent half an hour discussing the work, waited for a quote....nothing, zip, zilch. Follow up phone call,email...Yes we’ll resend... nothing.If you’re not interested in doing a job or it’s outside of your skill set and really is CUSTOM not Colour bond, just say so and stop wasting people’s time

The wait was worth it...Obviously a company which is in high demand as the bookings are up to six-months ahead. Having said that, and having waited for the team to arrive, the job was excellent. Arrived when scheduled, completed quickly, and work area tidied up to my absolute satisfaction.The team answered all of my queries, advised on which of my ideas were suitable and otherwise. Also attended to a couple of other requests I had as the job progressed.I had reached out to other fencing companies as I searched for quotes, but after looking at prices and feedback from clients of the other businesses, I again selected Custom Fencing.I will definitely have them back for the last remaining segment of my gates and fencing when it is required.

I'm very happy with Colourbond fence installed by the Custom Fencing Team - the result is very professional. There was a lot of care taken during installation to ensure it was level. Customer Service enquiries were responsive and value for product and service exceed other quotations I obtained.

We found Paul to be very friendly,reliable and reasonable to deal with.we used Custom Fencing for a large job then a smaller gatejon. When we had concerns about one small section he was apologetic and immediately actioned our request. Would recommend to othera.

Excellent job, friendly service and quick/responsive.We had our rear and front boundary fenced, including a side gate and a large double gate. The end to end experience was excellent. Paul came quickly to quote and gave great advice on the type of fencing. He made sure the job was completed quickly and timely. His team were friendly,turned up promptly at 7am each day and I was really impressed with the quality of their work. Paul came to check I was happy with the job before they finished and they left the garden very clean afterwards.Great job, happy to recommend to others.

Obviously very busy - I was patient and they came back to me via email. Scoped it over the phone and they came onsite to confirm the quote. Excellent job, very private and sturdy. They made things easy during the installation.
